Feeling the wine with all five senses.
Some simple suggestions to help to enjoy the cata:
1.Observe what is in your glass, the "copa" making sure that the backdrop is white.
2. Then, taking the glass by the base, agitate it.
3. Get the wine to dance around a little to allow the aromas spread.
4. Drink a little and then pass the wine around your mouth to allow all your taste buds to enjoy the full range of flavours.
5. As the wine warms a little you will apreciate the flavours even more.
6. By breathing in through your nose you will discover new aromas you did not apreciate before.
7. To finish you need to empty your mouth or if you prefer, just swallow the wine and move on.

FITUR 2011
La Rioja has participated in the tourism fair in its 31st edition held in Madrid- 19 to 23 January- with a canopy of 500m inspired by the landscapes of vineyards of La Rioja. The stand had several desks where they provided information about the most important tourism products of the region -wine tourism , nature, cultural..etc- People could participate actively leaving messages on the vine leaves.
For this pavilion has been allocated a budget of 414.000€ development by "Dimo" in collaboration with the company from La Rioja named "Expositiva" selected for its technique and economy and because it was the project with the lowest budget.
The pavilion had two areas dedicated to promoting the exhibition "La Rioja. Tierra Abierta" to be held in 2011 in Alfaro- La Rioja- and "paleovanetura park" "El Barranco Perdido" from Enciso.

El stand ha contado con varios mostradores donde se ofrecía información sobre los productos turísticos más significativos de la región tal como el vino, naturaleza, congresos o cultura. Además, el público podía participar activamente dejando mensajes en las hojas de parra.
Para dicho pabellón se ha destinado un presupuesto de 414.000€ adjudicada su elaboración a "Dimo" en colaboración con la empresa riojana "Expositiva" seleccionada entre ocho participantes por su técnica y economía y por ser el proyecto con el presupuesto más bajo.
